About Matapeake Elementary School
Matapeake Elementary School (MES) is a Middle States accredited elementary school in Queen Anne’s County.It is located at 651 Romancoke Road in Stevensville, Maryland and houses approximately 491 students in grades pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. MES primarily serves those families living on Route 8 south of Route 50/301.
About PTA
The PTA at our school works to promote the welfare and achievement of our children in the home, school, and community. It is a combined effort of all parents, teachers, and administrators. Membership is open to all parents, staff, and any adults who are interested in the objectives and activities of the PTA Association.
It takes a village - the PTA could not accomplish all they need to do without the generous support of our parent volunteers. All volunteer help is greatly appreciated throughout the year. Be on the look out for our weekly "PTA Tuesday" emails which contain important information and volunteer opportunities. PTA meetings are held monthly and all are welcome to attend.
