VISION STATEMENT
Our vision here at Linwood Holton Elementary is to always keep students first by addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs.
As a diverse family of learners, teachers, parents, and all stakeholders - we are invested in the success of our young scholars. We will work collaboratively to create an environment that is warm, safe, nurturing, and academically rigorous for all.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission here at Linwood Holton Elementary is to work persistently to foster an environment that ensures our children achieve at their highest potential. Our students will be active & involved global citizens, creative problem solvers, and leaders of their own learning.
At Linwood Holton, parents, teachers and school administrators all all committed to creating a school that is welcoming and responsive. We are thrilled to have such great participation in our PTA. We hope every parent and teacher becomes a member. Grandparents, caregivers and the community are welcome too!
- The PTA is the oldest and largest child advocacy association in America. The PTA's network provides parents with the forum and tools to collectively influence the decisions that affect children at their schools, within their states, and across the nation.
- We develop programs and events that are academically enriching and community building. The Holton PTA has supported our school garden, tutoring programs, school events, playground enhancements and lots more.
- You can become a member of the PTA even if you can’t volunteer.
- Although...you probably aren’t too busy to get involved. This year’s PTA board all work full-time! There are lots of opportunities to pitch in big and small.
