Parent Teacher Association

The J.H. Blackwell E.S. Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is comprised of parents, teachers, and community members that are dedicated to providing resources and programs to our families. When you join the PTA, your membership dues help to provide materials and help to support the various programs at our school. Our membership dues are $5.00 for the 2017-2018 school year.
